Paypal is back as a Payment Method

After a lot of requests, we've added back paypal as a payment method! If you're someone who was waiting for more payment methods to be added, now's the time :) Alongside that we've worked on several minor bug fixes (like the latest updates pages not containing all series in this update, alongside some QoL stuff for backend.
